Looking for waste neutralization but not able to find a firm you can rely on for wastewater neutralization systems customized to your needs? The help is here. Connect with W2 Systems for neutralization in water treatment and ensure better safety for the environment without breaking the bank.
W2 Systems has been designing and building industry-leading pH neutralization wastewater treatment equipment for some of the top semiconductor and life sciences companies today. If you’re in such an industry, then you know that the wastewater produced by semiconductor fabrication can be rife with a range of harmful chemicals, such as arsenic, salts, alkalis, acids, solvents, antimony, and other pure organic and inorganic compounds. If the goal is to simply dump the leftover waste, it can’t be done while remaining in accordance with the EPA’s specifications without an adequate wastewater pH neutralization system. Our systems support you in bringing the wastewater closer to a base pH and making it ready to be dumped.
Industrial wastewater neutralization systems are sometimes referred to as pH neutralization systems—this is because the goal when implementing waste pH neutralization is to take the alkali and acidic wastewater streams and mix them together thoroughly until the wastewater is closer to a base pH and ready to be dumped entirely. If the pH of the wastewater is not within an acceptable range, then additional chemicals will have to be added to ensure the wastewater reaches a desirable pH level.

W2 Systems wastewater neutralization systems are designed to treat influent wastewater with pH from 0.1 to 13.99 pH units. Standard neutralization systems can treat up to 90 GPM with 48 minutes of retention. W2 has over twenty neutralization system installations including at:
The control system monitors the solution pH in each compartment and actuates and controls the caustic or acid feed systems. Course and/or fine feed depends on how far the batch pH is from the setpoint value.
The effluent pH is indicated and recorded, and local alarms are actuated if the pH falls outside the setpoint limits.
